In the removal of tubes from Boilers, Heat Exchangers etc, it pains me to see many companies still following old school methods which are labour intensive and sometimes unsafe to the operator.  We, in the R&D stages of  Canada's Tube Removal Tools realize the expense in setting up a company with modern equipment is expensive and sometimes out of reach in the aspect of budgets and tool allowances.  However, once a decision maker within a company has realized the gains which can be achieved with new Hydraulic Systems the increase in the companies bottom line is evident in short length of time.

With a  Canada Continuous Tube Pulling System the whole system can be operated safely and efficiently with major savings on labour costs and no possibility of  strain injuries to the operator.  With one man operating the system and a further man inserting the mandrels, the whole operation is constant keeping your company on budget and on time.

Sequence of Operation:

1. Operator Threads the Mandrel into a Tube with an Impact Wrench.

2. Operator mounts the Pulling Gun onto the Mandrel.  Automatic Slow Start is selected to break expanded joint.
    

3. Operator selects Auto Cycle and the tube is completely removed.  When the tube is free the tube can be pulled from the gun by hand.
    

4. Second operator removed the mandrel from the old tube and reinsert it into next tube.
